Swallowing pills

Well I for some weird reason haven't been able to ever swallow a pill. I know it sounds weird i just can't. So i just like mash the pill with a spoon until it dust I then put it in my mouth and it taste like really bad medicine. 

Any tips on swallowing drugs?

    Practice with swallowing Jello without chewing it first.

    That can actually be dangerous for some pills. Make sure to read the labels that come on the medicine things they give you.

    yeah , i just take them at once if i have to take a pill.

    better than the cough meds liquid cherry

    you could put the pill in apple sauce, and swallow it that way.

    brr. When I was young I sometimes had to take pills from the back :- (

    yes, i used to have to take them with applesauce :) works AMAZINGLY
